Enrollment procedure and conditions

To enroll in any of the courses, please send us the following: a completed application Form, a passport-size photograph, and the pre-enrollment fee of 25,000 ptas or 160€. This amount will be deducted from the total cost of the tuition.

It is recommended to complete the level test to fill up the application form, in order to know which level you should be enrolled.

The payment can be made:

• By bank check made out to:
  ALEA, academia de lengua española. c/ Fray Ceferino 10,2 dcha 33001 Oviedo, Asturias Spain.
• By postal money order payable to:
  ALEA, academia de lengua española. c/ Fray Ceferino 10,2 dcha 33001 Oviedo, Asturias Spain.
• By bank transfer addressed to:
  In this case you must request the bank account number by email to ALEA, at the moment of sending the pre-enrollment form.

(Please indicate clearly the full name of the student.)

In order to apply you need only pay the pre-enrollment fee, but if you prefer, you can send in the total cost for the course in advance. In cases of cancellation, Alea will keep the amount corresponding to the 150 euros of the pre-enrollment fee and refund the rest of the money.

• For organizational reasons, if you decide to send only the pre-enrollement fee, we ask that you complete payment within the first five days of the course. The housing must be also fully paid within the first five days.
• The tuition entitles you to all the rights and responsibilities of a student, as described in the section on Terms and Conditions of Enrollment.
